Legendary Kenyan rapper Chris Kantai has been reported dead on 27th February.
According to local sources, Kantai has been fighting alcoholism for the last few years and struggling to make a comeback into the music scene.
From the sources, he had constantly been to various rehabilitation centers across the country to regain his stability due to drug abuse.
During his prime years, Kantai dropped some of the biggest Kenyan hits. The collabo that brought him to the limelight is “Happy” featuring female rapper Stella Kimani and ‘Ting Badi Malo’ with Khaligraph Jones.

Khaligraph Jones praised him say always lways looked upto him and featuring him on the track was out of respect.
His family is yet to disclose the cause of death.
